Our Offer

First Class Tailored Solutions covers a wide geographical area within the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.

FCTS provides tuition across all Key Stages – Primary to Post-16.

The bespoke educational packages are flexible in terms of location, hours of input and content.

Tutors work mainly on a 1:1 basis either in the home, in schools, in libraries or other appropriate venues. Tutoring sessions can also be provided outside of school hours.

There are opportunities for paired or small group work where required.

Robust safeguarding, monitoring and evaluation procedures are in place.

All staff are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and all other safeguarding and recruitment checks.

FCTS is quality assured by all local authorities and other referrers with whom we work.

Our SENCO can provide support at EHCP reviews and on all matters relating to SEND.

Localities and Case Managers

First Class Tailored Solutions has an ever-expanding geographical coverage managed by our team of nine Case Managers. The Case Managers work with parents/carers and additionally liaise with other professionals who may be working with a particular learner. Case Managers will carry out a home visit having received a referral, organise a bespoke timetable and carefully select tutors to match the needs and personality of the young person, They will also attend meetings and/or submit reports and feedback on progress to date and any other issues to be considered in offering further support to a young person and their families. The Case Managers lie at the heart of each case and provide a gold standard service to all stakeholders.
